Radiation only after surgery?

Thanks. My doctor feels the tamoxifen is enough after 34 rads.
Tumor was .6 cm. Strongly er+pr+ her2+
IDC and ILC.
Clear margins. No lymph or vascular involement.

The flashing is the pits.
I am taking effexor to help. Thinking about accupuncture.
Anyone else dealing with extreme sweats/flashes round the clock?

Thanks for this board. Been reading for awhile. Just when I think all is OK, I read of someone else's recurrence.
