mcgle Senior Member Join Date: Apr 2006 Posts: 148	My understanding is the more FISH+/IHC3+ you are, the more likelihood there is of herceptin being effective. In my own case with a weakly positive FISH score (2.71) and an IHC score of 2+, there was no question of me having herceptin, given that I did not receive chemo either.
