I will be going in for my exchange suregery end of May and will need to decide by then if I am going to have a nipple or not done. My PS will use the skin that is on the breast and do a twist and stitch tecnique. I am concerned tho that I will have forever protruding nipples and dont want that. I too would like to just have a little bit of a darker spot tatoo'd where the nipple should be.
