Having just completed my first 4 chemo treatments of AC, I must admit to being envious that you get 6 while I get 8.

I'm out in BC - and I've learned that the choice of chemo is also dependent on the breast cancer type. I'm sure that the ON oncologists are on top of the latest protocols (I know the BC ones are), so don't worry that it's changed!

herceptin - 17 treatments, every 3 wks - end Jan 2008

IMRT rads 5 weeks

surgery May 1/07 bilateral mastectomy (left modified radical, right simple)
prophylactic bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy March 2008
letrozole, 2.5 mg daily, start June 2008
lymphedema, left arm, April 2008
osteoporosis, lower spine, August 2010 - fosamax 70 mg
