could the type of anaesthesia received influences whether br cancer recurs/metastaszs

From my brief googeling of it, it doesn't seem like many of us would have had the paravertebral anesthesia and analgesia. Does anyone know if this is readily available-- if it is an option? Would this apply to other types of surgeries?

although previous papers I have read noted that this approach decreased the chance of chronic breast pain post-operatively.
