Hi Patty -
Most likely you have a coincidental stomach bug or flu. If you are so sick that the anti-nausea drugs are not even touching it.
I have been taking Herceptin and Zometa every 3 weeks for 3 years and NEVER had the slightest queasy stomach in that time.
Normally I have my infusions around mid day and have lunch during the treament.
Slowly get back to solid food and try to get some Pedialite to get your electrolytes back to normal. Grated apple or applesauce is always the way I start back on food after a bout of vomiting (which are very rare!).
