I am with the others....have liver mets still continuing chemo & herceptin but plan to be around for years as well. It is normal to be anxious around scan times - I don't know how we can't be. I know someone who is coming up on her 3rd year on maintenance herceptin and is NED after having lung mets. It happens more often than not these days. Try not to dwell on being stage 4 and start living again
