Verdict in Xeloda/Tykerb
Well Ladies the verdict is in xeloda/tykerb didnt do it for me. Pet scan showed no change in lung nodule and lymph node size increased and a new node lit up so we try something else . Onc still has me on tykerb but no Xeloda . He's regrouping and is going to give me some options this week. Im considering going to tulsa to Cancer treatment Center of America anyone with any info about the center I would greatly appreciate it thanks. Denise

Aug 06 clean pet
Herceptin every 3 wks
Feb 07 clean pet
Aug 07 pet shows micro in lung and 1 pos node
Oct 07 Tykerb & Xeloda
Dec. 07 Pet scan node was 1.8 now .08 and no change in lung. after 3 cycles
Feb. 08 Pet Shows no change in lung nodule lymph node grew 1.8 and second node pos.
