Off topic: furious at my doctor

I am asking the opinion of my sisters on this group, because we have a LOT of experience with doctors. I saw my GP on June 24. She said I seemed really healthy. Last week I joined a medical-center-based weight loss and maintenance program. It includes a fitness evaluation at the gym on the third floor of the medical center's rehabilitation center, where people exercise to recover from strokes and heart attacks. So there were plenty of medical people around. I had to have my GP's permission to have the fitness evaluation. She wouldn't give it to me until she examined me first. I am angry because I see her every six months and my oncologist every other six months, and I just saw her one month ago. Am I angry for no reason.
