glucosamine sulphate or glucosamine hydrochloride
Hi there
I went to the health food shop and left with nothing! too many things to chose from. Which glucosamine? 1500 a day? i know you can get it with chondrotin(sp) but there is also MSM. And how much chondrotin for a day? they all had varying amounts.
I want to take it for my aching body due to Arimadex and previous back aches.
Your imput would be appreciated.
I am in Australia so the brands are different.
