I hate the pre-meds too...especially the steroids. But Navelbine did cause me nausea. Mild nausea, nothing serious...but then I did have the Zofran in my IV & would follow-up with my nausea...

The 1st time I requested my Vit D3 levels be checked...they were only 28. My Endo told me they were great. That was under the reference range of 30! So I now take 5000 IU's about 5 days per wk along...

If you still have some SOB I would go have it checked out to be on the safe side--and for pure peace of mind. I agree with Elaine...at least go get a chest X-ray. When it doubt...check it...
