It always seems to be close enough when CornHusker Nation buys out OUR stadium at CU for the annual football game! Parking lot just chock full of tractors and combines. LOL!

Anyway - I am always close enough to drive up! Need a visit?

I am not from Nebraska, but go there alot as I have lots of family in Lincoln....I am the biggest Husker fan in Illinois I'm sure...and always know that when my freezer runs low on Runzas, its time to take a trip to God's Country...aka Nebraska....my Mom was born and raised in North Platte....as a joke, when we cross the state line into Nebraska, my sisters and I used to sing "there is no place like Nebraska." We made a pilgrimage out there every year for "lemon days" in Lincoln. Lincoln is a 7 hour drive for me...without a doubt, I have driven that route about 150 times and could do it with my eyes closed. My family there also owns a cabin is Estes Park....and occasionally we get together for a "girls weekend " at the cabin. By the way, one of my cousins there also has breast cancer, but not Her2+. She is 2 years younger than me.
