If you read the above articles, you should read the below two also. I've added antimetabolites (cytotoxic or affect cell division, hence immune function) drugs, and CD20 (affect B cells transformation to plasma cells which produce antibodies) drugs. These two drug lists are not exhaustive of medication that could impact immune system.

CDC group weighs Covid booster shots for immunocompromised people at higher risk of breakthrough infections

Immunosuppressed people represent 44% of hospitalized Covid breakthrough cases even though they make up about 2.7% of the U.S. adult population, according to the agency.

They are also more likely to become seriously ill from Covid, the agency said, and are at a higher risk of transmitting the virus to family and friends.
