Basically,if you are being treated with Palbociclib and Letrozole, avoid food that "become/has" zearalenone and genistein ("...soy-derived isoflavone and phytoestrogen..."). Zearalenone is a mycotoxin produced by several strains of fusarium, a fungus that contaminates a variety of grains including corn, wheat, barley, rice, and oats.
