I am glad to see this topic examined and discussed.

It is so true. My peace of mind is gone forever and I am definitely a "half-empty bottle" person now.

Yet Nancy dip it is 5 years later and I don't see any recurrence or mets in your history. The delay in Herceptin was not a problem. You were brave enough to participate in a clinical trial.

I'm looking at your glass and I'm seeing it half-full.

Excessive fear is a disharmony with your water element (the kidney or bladder meridian) in Asian Healing Arts. Worry is a disharmony in the earth element (the spleen or stomach meridian).

The UK has an excellent school for acupuncturists. Maybe you could visit one and have them help you rebalance to recover from the trauma of cancer.
