Great article- really makes us think about surgery at stage IV- the goal should be to remove the reservoir of cancer cells in that primary tumor.
Also makes us question neoadjuvant therapy, where treatment is decided based on a biopsy rather than the entire tumor.
For me this is very interesting because my lymph nodes had ER+ cancer and my breast had ER- cancer. Hmmm
