Not surprising. I was a 23 when dx'd. Actually, that was drawn after several weeks of taking 2000 IUs of Vit D.

Yes. Hopefully too much doesn't have an adverse reaction...I'm taking 800mg straight up with calcium supplements, plus a women's multi-vitamin with the same dosages...so 1600mg daily, plus any excuse to go outside in the sunshine - doctor's orders ! :)
