This news is so cool !! Bittermelon is always available in Hawaii stores. I eat it several times a month and I have some in my refrigerator right now.
It is eaten in Okinawa, which is one of the "Blue Zones" in the world where people live a long time. . It is one of the things suggested by Dr. Melmet Oz as one of the healthest foods.
