What increases CRP, and what reduces it.

You guessed it Omega 6 and Omega 3.

ABSTRACT

Conclusions: A six-fold increased ALA (Omega 3 linolenic acid) intake lowers CRP, when compared to a control diet high in LA (Omega 6 linoleic acid). The present study found no effects on markers for atherosclerosis.
