Good morning all you Chocolate Lovers!
Living in Seattle never ceases to be interesting! Yesterday's front page newspaper story was one that intermingled a cancer researcher (from my cancer center) and a new(ish) chocolate manufacturer. Add one scientist to what normally passes for "chocolate" and he will dig down to the bare bones and give you back the essence of a "targeted therapy!"
A snippit:
"Andy McShea is a Harvard-trained molecular biologist using his scientific talent in Seattle to promote "true chocolate" and steer consumers away from inadvertently ingesting all that other brown sweet stuff he says is often unhealthy, morally questionable and not the real thing.
