I guess this report signals that joint pain and hot flashes signal that the AI or tamoxifen is working well. Those who get these symptoms within the first 3 months have a further reduction in recurrence of 11%. However, the study points out that they are not sure this is real because they did not ask about aspirin or ibuprofen use to ease joint pain and this may be the reason for the difference.
