Laura:
I'm glad you got up the courage to post. It was hard for me as well. I lurked for a few months and then decided to post. It isn't as hard as it first seems. Welcome, formally. Isn't this site just awesome!!

Hi Laura,
Laura is my given name also, but I go by my nickname, Lolly. Welcome to the site. We are a diverse bunch, but have the one thing in common which serves to unite us. Together we are so much stronger!

So glad you posted, Laura!
I remember being afraid I would say something "wrong". Oh my, not to worry. People are here because they've been where we are.

Welcome Laura -
I have been around the site for over a year but just started posting myself! This is by far the greatest site I visit. I feel a bond to everyone on the site just be reading their posts---you probably do as well!
Hi Laura and Debra, I spent a few months just looking (it's kind of like shopping for clothes). Then I couldn't keep my mouth shut 600x. I think researching and blabbing helps me not to go too crazy. In real life I am a very quiet person, so that may be why I need to post so much. Do with the site what it takes to make you feel better again. As we all know, C can make you feel pretty crappy about things
So welcome! BB

Welcome Laurad and Debra. So happy you decided to join in by posting. Now that you have done it once, it will come easy from now on. Please keep participating because that is how we all learn from each other as well as support each other. For the most part, I have found this to be a feel good place to come. The knowledge I have gained has been incredible and the members are so special and really there for you. I am only a member since last spring but feel a connection to everyone because of their kindnesses and help. I am sure you understand what I mean.

I am so glad you and Debra joined us. There is no better place on the web for her2 then this board. Plus you can't find a better group of women to help support you and answer all your questions. I was beyond lost when first DX.
There is always someone here in *every* area you can imagine to answer you questions....its amazing. From just general support, to a very technical question. Looking forward to hearing more from you. Don't be shy now. http://www.her2support.org/vbulletin/images/smilies/smile.gif
