Get Involved and Fill out a Paid Questionnaire on Working After Breast Cancer
We are looking for women between the ages of 20 and 70 to participate in an online questionnaire. We are recruiting:
Cancer survivors who were diagnosed and treated for primary breast cancer and
were working full-time for at least 1 year directly prior to diagnosis.
This study will ask questions concerning current health, past treatments, mood, fatigue, coping style and work. This online questionnaire will be completely confidential and any identifying information from you (e.g. name, address, etc) will be kept separately from your responses. The questions should take approximately 60 minutes to complete.
You will receive financial compensation and a Lance Armstrong “LIVESTRONG” wristband in the mail as a thank you for your participation. The information that you provide will be looked at very carefully and be used in future efforts to address return to work and work productivity in those living with cancer.

This research project is being run jointly by the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences, Bethesda M.D. and American University, Washington D.C.
