I sprinkle turmeric AND oregano on my salad every day

I read an article that oregano also has cancer fighting properties, but I'm not sure were I read it, but I will so some research and get back to you. I found the attached websites that offer ideas. The 2nd one I "manually" typed in rather than copy and pasted so, if you can't open it just go to mccormick.com and I found it in their file. I will warn you that because of it's yellowish dye, turmerick does stain (I got some on my clothes and it was a bear getting out).

I'm not sure if you have this concern, but I thought I would pass it on just in case. I have an article that my dietician gave me that turmeric may interact w/ anticoagulant/antiplatelet drugs. Good luck and good health.

Hi, I just recently read an article that spoke of the benefits of taking tumeric to fight BC. Go to www.usaweekend.com It was the September 18, 2005 Womens Health Report entitled "Edgy Advice on Breast Cancer"

Love, Amy
