Grape Seed Extract
To those of you who take Grape Seed Extract as a supplement....could you please tell me what is the recommended dosage per day???

I was told 100mg every day was enough since I take all the other supplements. If I recall correctly, my naturalpath said that she would have me take 150-200mg daily if I didn't take all the other supplements. Also, take with your other vitamins and if taken with vit. E, grapeseed can actually enhance Vit. E's antioxident effects. Hope this helps.
