I have asked questions on here before and have always recieved great help I am now desperate my sister who is a young woman with 2 young children has secondary breast cancer. The problem is from the neck down she is stable on Herceptin but she has brain mets she has had WBR and one treatment with Gamma Knife yesterday after rescan found to have several new spots and unable to have gamma knife. I would appreciate it if anyone who has recieved chemo could tell me the name I am aware there are problems due to drugs crossing the blood/brain barrier but any info would be appreciated as we are devestated. We live in UK and hopefully you will have tried something we havent here.

I have not experienced brain mets, but read the posts from Isabelle...she recently experienced brain mets and had treatments and may have info that will help you.
