After returning home from such a wonderful vacation, I went to my 2nd opinion appt today. Poof! -- they discovered a new lump (little over 1cm), which I had not even noticed myself. Was told it's more likely related to my cancer. I even almost passed out, cuz the news was just so shocking. I have been feeling very good lately (except for mild fatigue).

Having an appt tmw with my nurse practitioner to discuss about the lump, maybe do a biopsy? I don't know...

Now, here's my question:

Do you believe that such a biopsy could change the nature of a tumor so that physicians would rather sit and wait it out for any possible changes BEFORE making any drastic steps, ie prescribing new chemo or tumor removal?

I'd love to hear some encouragement or wise words from you. Emails welcomed anytime.

Please pray for me in which that hopefully this is NOT a recurrence!!

PS: again, the 3rd onc said to stop Herceptin at the end of my 1st year.
