I would think you may need to give Fibromyalgia a look at again. That is what my FM sounds like. If I get too comfy I can't move as quickly which is why I walk around the infusion room when I get treatment. Having done years...7 years to be exact of FM research...I have come to find out that FM can be triggered by trauma...ie our surgeries to remove our cancer. Ask your doc to be retested. And is there really a test for FM at this point. When my Rhuemetologist diagnosed me the only way they were able to identify it is by ruling out all other types of issues so you may want to ask if you were indeed tested for FM.

Sometimes people are diagnosed with fibromyalgia when their medical files are 10 inches thick and all the tests were negative. I don't think there is an exact way to determine if you have it or not. My sister has it and your pain sounds a lot like what she goes through with a 'flare-up'.
