since i seem to have some bone mets on my L2 I am having a bone scan tomorrow and then plan to go on zometa. Any side effects?

Both Q10 and DHA cross the bbb. Q10 provides energy to every cell so it stands to reason it will perk you up..I take it only in the morning. otherwise no sleep!

The CT scan said the bone mets look like a differentiated cell line. I guess if they are her 2 then herceptin will work on them?

Hi everyone having a 5 day course of wbr for small mets in the cerebellum..had 2 and 3 to go already feeling less sick.
Still on hercetpin for liver and lung but worried about bone mets on L2 that...

My 10 years will be in April next year. I have been a MBC survivor for 5 years this week. I am starting wbr for brain mets on Monday..I also have non her2+ bone lesions on L2 and possible...

Hi all
I am having shocking mood swings on herceptin..any suggestions please. I took some flaxseed oil at noon which helped but I cant stomach it in the morning.

I use my arm that I had lymph nodes out for blood tests and herceptin and have done so for 4 years without any problems. Chemo I have in the other arm.

I am suffering constant sinus pain from herceptin. This is so debilitating that it was the main reason I went off herceptin after 4 years before...and subsequently relapsed after 8 months.

Hi
Yes a CT scan shows inflammation of the sinuses 8 months after going off herceptin. It has got a lot worse since I went back on abraxane and herceptin 15 weeks ago.
I will try a steamer....
