I personally was blown away when I saw the wording of this bill, because our foundation along with the IBC Clinic at MD Anderson in Houston is also named.
I have also heard that this Bill might be attached soon to the EARLY ACT, which would allow younger women to know about IBC, since it is being shown that younger women are being diagnosed with this than was earlier thought.
And it isn't just the public that needs to know there is a breast cancer that rarely has a lump, but also the medical community.
