Although women diagnosed with advanced breast cancer general do nothave as good a prognosis as women diagnosed in earlier diseasestages, significant improvements have been made. The introductionof new chemotherapy drugs in the last decade has resulted in longersurvival times for these women, the findings of a new studysuggest.
