I found a fifty page book on the use of biologics in the treatment of HER2 cancer on the Biologics in Cancer Education Initiative Website. This is not light reading (it is written for oncologists) but it seemed to be of very high quality and was very good for reviewing the literature and providing information on the state of the art. Ironically I wasn't even looking for anything HER2 at the time.
