Is this a change in eligibility requirements for the vaccine

I was looking at the eligibility requirements for the vaccine study " and one of the criteria was:

""cancer in remission""

I believe before it only said ""in remission" " or stable""

I'm wondering if this is a change in the requirements for participation? Does anybody know?"
