Back to Work Question

I went back to work a few months ago I am happily working in a warehouse as assistant warehouse manager. One of my co-worker had a minor accident while stacking supplies in our warehouse. He had minor cuts and bruises also eye irritation from dust. This incident prompted the management to implement risk management in our organization. By determining the level of risk associated with the hazard we can decide what precautions or control measures is required. I wonder if anyone here knows what are the methods and procedures in developing risk assessment in an organization?
