Brain Scan Update

Well my Mom finally had her first brain scan after being Stage IV for nearly three years. Of course, the date fell the week before Christmas! Great news though - no sign of mets in the brain! She is currently on Xeloda and Herceptin and is doing very well. Her last big scans in November showed NED everywhere except for one small spot on her sternum. She originally had a large mass in her liver and spots on her spine and lungs.

I hope all is well for everyone and I'm hoping for a happy and healthy new year for all of you.

Britt
