Li-Fraumini Syndrome

Lani,

This article is very interesting. My sister passed away @the age of 27 in May/07, due to Uterine Leiomyosarcoma, & I lossed a brother @ the age of 22, due to Ewings Sarcoma, mother had advanced breast a @ age 41, and now I was dx with breast @40. They tested my sister's tumor for this syndrome (which the Dr. thought was going to be pos., but was neg) Do you know if there is a high rate of false readings with this? I wonder about that because I have to young ones. Thanks
