Getting paid to fill out surveys from cashcrate.com - is it legit?

Hi Everyone,I'm not sure if "General Cancer News" is the right place to post this. I'm curious about all those ads I've seen promising I can make money online answering surveys. Has anyone done it and actualyl gotten paid? Thanks!
