Well, I tried Interpretome. Apparently rs13294895 is in high linkage disequilibrium with rs7875633, which is tested by 23andMe. Interpretome imputes that I am homozygous normal for this one too.
For anyone with a 23andMe account (or other account that provides raw data with RSIDs), you can go to Interpretome, click "Begin Exploring," upload your raw data file, and the click the "Lookup" tab. Just paste in the RSID, and if your SNP is in high LD with a SNP for which 23andMe tests, it will return the imputed result for the missing SNP.
Just like magic.
