Just joined the 13 year club
I am happy and grateful to have joined the 13 year club. Luckily for me that Herceptin was available in 2006. Wishing everyone a good spring and summer and all the best with any treatment you may be receiving at this time. I know that many have had a much bigger battle than I did. This is still the best support site ever!

Stage IIB, ER- PR- HER2+++ multi focal tumors, largest 2.3cm
Chemo first: AC/Taxol over 16 weeks
Bilateral mastectomy Sep 06
33 rads after the surgery
1 year of Herceptin completed Dec 07
15 years and no recurrence as of April 2021
