This is her daughter and I was able to look up pass codes and usernames she had written down. She used to tell me what wonderful chats she had with you all. May 2013- started herceptin/ perjeta/navelbine
August/September 2013- started kadcyla
March 2014- ended kadcyla, had gamma knife to three spots in brain
58 yrs old, post menopausal at dx
