It should be made clear that to my knowledge, we have no oncologists on this message board.
Our purpose is to educate breast cancer patients who overexpress the HER2 gene about the latest tests and treatments available which will equip her with the knowledge and tools necessary to facilitate confident and informed decisions regarding their treatment options.
The ultimate decision as to what course of treatment to persue should be made solely between the patient and their doctor.
