Can implants cause enlarged lymph nodes ?

Hi, I had a silicone implant put in 8 weeks ago 8 months after LD reconstruction and now my MRI scan has shown an enlarged lymph node in my chest. I am awaiting the results of a CT scan and am beside myself with worry. Is it most likely to be a reaction from the implant? Has this happened to anyone else?
