Yes, it's yet another venue and sounds promising, thanks for posting, Lani. If you read thru what they're currently seeing with mice, it's not a cure, though. It seems to slow down and partially revert growth. But it's not s cure. I will say, though, that if at some point in the future there is a sufficient number of working treatments that will help me survive with decent quality of life to reach average life expectancy (which I believe is in the early 80ies), then I'd be absolutely fine with that... That's only another 35 years or so... I guess what Im trying to say is: a cure would be great, but if MBC became a chronic disease, I could - quite literally - LIVE WITH THAT!

07/2014: Finished 6 cycles of PHD; restaging; 2 bone mets are sclerotic - looks like Herceptin and Perjeta is working

04/2015: STABLE!
08/2015: STABLE!
12/2015: BRAIN METS. BODY STABLE.
