Re: Her2 therapy for Her2 "negative"?
Yes, thanks to my clinical trial nurse I had come to understand "triple negative" does not mean there is not overexpression of her2 receptors. It means it is somewhere between normal and Her+++.
That being said many "triple negative" patients are responding to the E75 vaccine, the first generation Her2 vaccine. These are the Her2+ and the Her2++ that do not qualify for Herceptin.
What a crazy medical system we have.
