Should I stop Arimidex?

I had a false alarm of heart attack or stroke two days ago. The actual culprit was a drug over-sensitzation. My symptoms were almost identical to heart attack. The emergency doctor decided to do a catheterization and heart probing with a tube entering through my upper leg. No stent was necessary since they found my heart was normal, no clogging. My brain MRI was also normal. After stabilization, I was back to normal. However, the stent procedure caused a large (to me) bloody mass near the operating wound. I remember a while ago my onc told me not to take Arimidex if I have a blood clotting problem but I don't have clear recollection of his instruction. Do any of you have such an experience and you are required to stop the Arimidex for a while? According to the heart operating room post surgery adrice, the mass is normal and will go away in 4 weeks. Am I to stop Arimidex for 4 weeks?

Please respond if you had a similar situation.
