Still very early, but hopeful at least from the stand point of new method. It is similar to vaccines that are based on weaken virus as vector. Essentially a virus that causes a disease is "weaken" then introduce into the body. The weakened virus triggers potent immune respond. This approach is well known and proven as recent as some of the covid vaccine. In this case, injured/damaged cancer cells "are" the weakened virus.
