Please click on the link above if you would like to complete a survey regarding how your life roles changed when you were diagnosed with breast cancer. This survey was developed by a group of 3 graduate students in the occupational therapy program at Elizabethtown College in Elizabethtown, PA. Each of the students has an immediate family member who was affected by breast cancer, and the group's faculty advisor is also a survivor. Please help to advance the knowledge of future healthcare professionals by completing this survey. The results of the study will be available on this website in May.
