Caryn update - the miracle train seems to be picking up steam

More good news! Caryn's bilirubin dropped from 12.4 to 8.3 (we should have her tumor marker results tomorrow). Her liver's not yet healthy but according to the Onc it is at a level that the liver can function. He said that talk of weeks appears to be in the rear view mirror. He expects her liver to continue to improve and if we can get the br 3-4 or below it opens up other treatment options if needed. Thank you for ALL OF YOUR AMAZING SUPPORT. I really believe each and everyone of you have played a role in what appears to be becoming a miracle. She's still in bed resting all the time but when she's awake she does have a bit more energy. She's also hungry again!!! I see this as very good news but it's hard on her since she suffers with a feeling of starvation. She's not yet able to keep foods down but if we keep moving in this direction, we'll get there.
Tonight was prayer night and know that I prayed for Caryn and ALL OF YOU.
