Maryann!!!! Wow, I am sure glad you didn't break a bone or pull a muscle!!! But I can understand how things like that happen, ya know why??? Cuz it is just a "maryanne-thing"! REally!! About a month ago I was walking back to my office on my lunch break, tripped on the curb, skidded on my knee, tore a big hole in my scrub pants, blood dripping out of my poor scrapped knee! And this is NOT the first time!! The people in my office just laugh and say it had to be ME!

Glad you're back home. I use the swiffer mop thing and it's not as wet. Also don't climb ladders in flip-flops. That hurts too.

Is there anything you haven't been hit with? No one would believe your medical history. It truly is unreal and any one thing would have been more then enough! If anyone deserves a break it is you. I don't blame you one bit for not wanting to be in the hospital, people really do catch all sorts of things in there. I am sure that is where I picked up my mersa infection. Sure hope by the time you read this things are looking better for you. You are an amazing fighter. Keep fighting.

I actually mopped the floor before (with the swiffer as usual) but did it barefoot. The kids do anything I ask, but I just seem to do things without thinking. I am feeling so much better. The abscess really hurt more than I admitted to everyone and to myself. It was right where I could hit every counter top. I still have the drain in and have a week or so on the IV antibiotics, but I won't let that stop me....
