The omega three six balance has been reported in a number of trials and some books to be linked with mental well being, and the risk or severity of a number of mental conditions.

Adequate DHA is essential to mental function.

The bodies own ability to produce long chain omega threes may be impacted by treatment regiemes including Herceptin.

By supplementing with a quality fish oil you can help ensure the body has access to the long chain omega fats its needs. To absorb nutirents it is also important to try and improve digestion if that is a problem.

Miracles are not suggested just every little helps.
